Lead time 5-7 days to cut and ship. Whole pieces ship within 48 hours. Priority Mail USPS.
We only ship within the US. Contact us by email...if outside the US.
Our return policy: all items are shipped as is ordered. Many pieces are one of a kind. 225 Water Street is not responsible for damage sustained through the shipping process. All of our items are guaranteed 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. Each purchase has a 10 day return policy. Contact us within that time period for an authorization number. Carefully pack the return and mail it back. Credits will not be issued for items lost in transit, by chosen shipping location, product shortages or extreme damage of returned orders.

The mosaic tile shards are hand cut in Pique Assiette.
Just as an FYI... hand cut pieces are random and similar in size.
We do not guarantee that you will be able to puzzle piece the shards back together...
but hey...
it could happen.
Just depends.
We take great strides in making sure all of the pieces are flat with the foot removed, in most circumstances.
Grinding and smoothing jagged edges is available.
